Description: An introductory studio course exploring sculptural approaches, materials, concepts, and technical processes. Materials include wood, plaster, steel, and plastics. This course aims to provide a foundational understanding of sculpture through hands-on projects, critical discussions, and exposure to both historical and contemporary practices. You will engage with various materials and techniques, learning to manipulate different media to create expressive and conceptually rich artworks.

Description: This course provides the foundational skills for artists to create custom portfolio websites without any prior coding experience. By leveraging artificial intelligence for all coding tasks and responsive design, students will build personalized, professional websites to showcase their artwork. This course covers best practices for website domain setup, accessibility, analytics, SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Students will also learn how to market themselves through digital tools such as newsletters, digital business cards, and Social Media.

Description: This class focuses on exploring the 3D Formal Elements and 3D Design Strategies that are used as a language of expression for creating sculpture. We will utilize the Formal Elements (space, line, light/value, texture, plane/shape, volume/mass/form, color, and time) and Design Strategies (harmony/unity, variety, balance, scale/proportion, emphasis/dominance, movement, repetition/rhythm, economy) to understand how to make effective sculptural forms.
